Meet Chantelle Warren – Vice President & Principal Team Coach


Chantelle graduated from SIAST Palliser Campus in 1994 where she earned her certificate as a Level II Registered Dental Assistant. Always striving to further her knowledge and skills, she completed an Orthodontic Module and continuing education courses in Implants, TMD, full mouth reconstruction and endodontics.

Having a passion for business management, Chantelle earned a Leadership Certificate through the University of Alberta School of Business in 2013, and in 2015 she attended a Karrass Effectvie Negotiating seminar where she learned communication and motivational strategies to better help her team members achieve success.

Professional Achievements

Chantelle has over 23 years of experience working in various capacities in the dental field including 9 years in management.

Chantelle has served as an office manager or a general manager for two different dental companies and in one role, she oversaw the operation of six practices including over 60 staff members, 15 dentists and 3 managers throughout Alberta. Under her leadership, she successfully improved staff retention and increased production by implementing more efficient booking and administrative systems and by improving staff hiring and training practices.

Chantelle has experience in all facets of management including setting and achieving production goals and creating organizational strategies to increase efficiency, and improve patient experience. She developed and implemented Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) policies for several dental clinics in Alberta and Saskatchewan. Having worked in various roles including Treatment Coordinator, Hygiene Coordinator, Business Assistant, RDA, Hygiene Assistant and Orthodontic Assistant, Chantelle truly understands the day to day challenges of running a dental practice.

Currently, Chantelle is the office manager at West Market Dental in Calgary and has played an integral role in the practice achieving its highest production targets since inception.
